Job Description

Sure is a technology enabler in the insurance space. Our SaaS technology platform is what modern insurance carriers and consumer brands are using to vertically integrate digital insurance programs.


As we further scale our Enterprise offering, we are looking for experienced software sellers who can sell the Sure Platform into leading insurance carriers and global brands. Qualified candidates must have a successful background selling SaaS solutions at a scaling tech company or an insurance software business. As an early member of our growing Enterprise sales team, you must be comfortable charting uncharted territory and working autonomously.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver new ARR against set quarterly target
  • Clearly articulate the value of utilizing the Sure Platform to leading insurance carriers and global consumer brands
  • Maintain Salesforce CRM with all sales opportunities and accurate forecasting
  • Align and work closely with SDR team to target key accounts
  • Work closely with sales, technology, and product stakeholders to develop solutions for prospective customers
  • Execute existing sales playbook including discovery calls, product demos, requirements gathering, proposal reviews, and contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with Sure marketing team to develop and refine existing sales collateral
  • Represent Sure at industry specific trade shows (post COVID)

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience selling Enterprise SaaS
  • Ability to demonstrate success exceeding quotas in past roles
  • Insurance industry experience required.
  • Track record of navigating complex sales cycles with large insurance carriers and global consumer brands
  • Self-motivated and ability to thrive in an autonomous environments
  • Above average communication and presentation skills
  • Intangibles such as positive attitude, unwavering commitment to being successful, and ambition to be part of a fast growing software company with endless opportunity to scale
  • Interest and curiosity to master technical concepts including APIs and cloud based technologies
  • Based in major metro strongly preferred (NY, SF, LA, Chi) and ability to travel within territory post-COVID)
