THE MAINSTREET SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
MainStreet is hiring a team of Sales Account Executive to help guide our customers through the sales, onboarding, and product integration process.
This role is a vital one - you will be our direct point of contact with our customers during a critical early period of our company.
KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use a combination of phone calls, emails, Linkedin, and any other means to generate leads into technology startups and close them with signed contracts.
- Manage in-bound leads the company is generating by serving these customers and helping to close them.
- Onboard new clients by helping them get set up with the MainStreet portal, validating their business information, and ensuring they can properly hook MainStreet up to their payroll or human resources systems.
- Communicate with clients for fulfillment of each incentive program, engaging them to collect any additional needed information, confirm calculations, and sign off on any forms MainStreet has completed on their behalf.
- Previous experience as a Sales Associate / Manager / Specialist / similar role is required.
- Ability to work independently and communicate over the phone and with video chat software, such as Zoom.
- Bay Area preferred, but able to hire remotely across the United States
SALARY, COMPENSATION, AND PERKS
- Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 base, depending on experience and location.
- Commission: MainStreet has a generous commission structure for our Sales Account Executives.
