Job Description

Our company is looking for a Sales Account Executive to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and negotiating contracts with potential clients. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, as well as superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.

DracoVisuals is a growing software company that thrives on building beautiful applications from back- to front-end. Our goal for each client is to create systems and products to maximize their company’s efficiency and revenue. The individual(s) filling this position should feel passionately about providing this to clients and understand the importance of phenomenal design and development to companies’ success.

We are a team of (primarily introverted) tech-minded individuals who communicate most comfortably in “tech speak”. We understand that this doesn’t always resonate with our target market/clientele and so would appreciate for the candidate to, essentially, “bridge the gap” between our engineers and clients in that critical phase of first contact.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
  • Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
  • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
  • Meet and/or exceed quotas
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

Work Hours & Benefits

Your hours are entirely flexible! Our team is generally available all week but primarily Monday-Friday. All we ask is that, for the sake of professionalism, you not perform initial outreach to potential clients outside of business hours. We are happy to communicate and if there is a lapse in your availability for whatever reason, just let us know as soon as possible and we will make arrangements to accommodate your needs.

This initial position is a contract position and commission-based (with a competitive commission rate for high-ticket services); however, we are hoping to transition the right person to a full-time with bonus+commission/benefits position once we’ve determined the candidate is a good company fit.

We appreciate a laid-back and friendly atmosphere while also getting things done efficiently. Our number one goal is to build systems to help transform our clients’ businesses, and this should be especially prevalent in our sales representatives’ communication. We communicate internally via Slack, share updates and documents in Asana and Google Drive to keep everyone on the same page.

  • Familiarity with Hubspot CRM, Asana, Slack, and G Suite preferred

Job Types: Contract, Commission

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
